Collectively, the team’s track record includes numerous successful ventures in the target enterprise value range of $1 billion to $3 billion. Areas of success include the acquisition, operational improvement and financing of both value and growth companies across emerging TMT platforms. The team has collective experience in data centers, fiber, satellite services, spectrum assets, and wired and wireless technologies, having acquired, restructured, and scaled up private and public companies in high-growth sectors and markets both domestically and internationally.
