Spartacus Acquisition Corp. II is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. While the Company may pursue an initial business combination target in any stage of its corporate evolution or in any business industry or sector, it intends to focus its search on the technology, media and telecommunications (“TMT”) sectors, including digital infrastructure and satellite services. The Company is led by Chairman, Peter D. Aquino, Chief Executive Officer, Igor Volshteyn and Chief Financial Officer, Mark Szynkowski. In addition to Messrs. Aquino and Volshteyn, the Board of Directors includes Christopher Downie, David Marshack and Eric Edidin.

Our Company’s leadership team has built their careers on identifying and pursuing underappreciated opportunities in companies navigating transitional situations. Unlike many blank check companies seeking opportunities today, we intend to focus on businesses that may be overlooked, where identifiable catalysts — such as a restructuring, spin-off, operational change or technological advancement — can unlock value and create a path to sustainable cash flow generation. In addition, in very specific areas where we have significant operational and technological expertise, we believe we are well positioned to be at the forefront of the ongoing digital revolution.
